A new Performing Arts Center will be built on one of the Bay Area’s most dramatic waterfront locations. A 500+-seat main theater, flexible studio theater, grand lobby & event space, outdoor plaza, café & bar, rehearsal room, offices, green room, and more will foster an ever-flowing cycle of inspiration from sunrise to midnight every day.
The Center will provide professional artists space to perfect and unveil bold new works to captivate in-person and streaming audiences. Simultaneously, workshops and showcases will nurture emerging talent on stage and behind the scenes. These dual engines will power the vision - sustaining a thriving, cutting-edge creative hub into the future.
